We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Will my jewelry tarnish over time?

While our jewelry is designed for durability, all fashion jewelry can experience wear. To maintain the shine, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions, and storing your pieces in the provided KRK Jewels pouch.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
